Community Fundraising Manager (Maternity Cover)

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Community Fundraising Manager with exceptional attention to detail, strong prospecting skills and a proven track record of securing income through excellent supporter stewardship. You will be responsible for developing community fundraising opportunities, supporting the Delivery Team to unlock income, and growing regular giving income. We are looking for someone brimming with motivation and people management skills, who can both deliver hands-on fundraising activity and provide strategic leadership across community and project-led fundraising plans which create structure and confidence across the organisation. Reporting directly to the Head of Fundraising, the Community Fundraising Manager will manage a pipeline of supporters, develop and deliver national and local campaigns, working closely with the delivery team to unlock income.
