Community Fundraising Manager

As part of a multi-faceted and busy fundraising team, the Community Fundraising Manager will play a significant role in planning, developing and delivering an ambitious community fundraising programme across our three charity brands: Guy''s and St Thomas'' Charity, Evelina London Children''s Charity and Guy''s Cancer Charity. Together, these charities support Guy''s and St Thomas'' NHS Foundation Trust, one of the UK''s largest and busiest NHS Foundation Trusts. The programme includes (but is not limited to) ''do your own'' fundraising, patient and family fundraising, in memory giving and community corporate. The Community Fundraising Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership to the Community Fundraising Team, ensuring the team delivers against income and engagement objectives while building a high-performing and collaborative team. We are seeking an experienced people leader with a strong track record of building and managing high-performing teams, alongside community fundraising expertise and strategic thinking needed to identify and deliver opportunities for growth. This role will lead the delivery of the current Community Fundraising programme whilst working closely with the Head of Community and Events to shape the future strategy, activity and resource required to grow the programme.
