Community Fundraising Executive

Join a respected charity at a pivotal time and help grow vital community income across the North Midlands and Scotland. This is a hands-on role for a motivated fundraiser who enjoys building relationships, delivering events, and providing outstanding supporter care. Working on a hybrid basis with two days per week in Sheffield, you''ll play a key part in connecting local communities with a cause that makes a tangible difference. About the Role:You will lead and coordinate community fundraising activity across the North Midlands and Scotland, driving income through events, challenges and supporter-led initiatives. Working closely with local supporters, groups and partners, you will ensure every interaction is well-managed, recorded and maximised for long-term engagement. This temporary role will have a direct impact on the charity''s ability to fund services and reach more people in need. Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver and evaluate a calendar of community fundraising events and activities across the North Midlands and Scotland. Support, steward and motivate individual fundraisers, community groups and corporate supporters to maximise their fundraising potential. Manage and update the CRM and donor database to ensure accurate recording of supporter interactions, income and event activity.
