Community Fundraiser- East

The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a fantastic charity on a Community Fundraiser role covering the East region. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a meaningful part in community engagement and support to improve lives through charitable initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement local fundraising strategies to meet organisational targets. Cultivate relationships with community groups, local businesses, and volunteers to maximise engagement. Organise and lead fundraising activities, events, and campaigns within the east region. Effectively communicate the charity s mission and impact to diverse audiences. Track and report on fundraising activities and outcomes. Identify new funding opportunities and build partnerships to expand the organisation s reach. Ensure compliance with relevant fundraising regulations and organisation policies. Person Specification Proven experience in community fundraising or a related role. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to organise and coordinate multiple projects independently. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Motivated and adaptable, able to work effectively with diverse groups. Knowledge of fundraising best practices and ethical standards. A positive attitude towards community engagement and charity work.
