Community Engagement Lead
Summary As the new Community Engagement Lead for NT properties in the Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion area, you''ll ensure greater connection between our sites and young people - leading inclusively to share the nature, beauty and history of our sites with our communities. Working 30 hours per week £30,966 pro rata Mae cyfieithiad Cymraeg yr hysbyseb hon ar gael yn yr atodiadau What it''s like to work here This is a role for someone who wants to help young people thrive, and you''ll help put their voice at the centre of everything you do. You''ll work closely with your colleagues to ensure young people play a key role in defining outcomes, working to challenge barriers and enhance a culture where ''ending unequal access'' is embedded. You may be principally based at Dinefwr in Llandeilo or Llanerchaeron in Ceredigion. You work pattern will include one day per week with a later start and finish time, and some weekend commitment. What you''ll be doing You''ll be establishing a new role, so you''ll need to be a confident self-starter who can shape direction from the outset, while also line-managing our current Volunteering and Community Officer.
