Community Engagement and Events Fundraiser

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Engagement and Events Fundraiser to join our team! In this vital role, you will lead efforts to build meaningful relationships within the community, organise impactful events, and drive fundraising initiatives that support our mission. You will contribute to the management of the HospiceCare community fundraising and events programme, driving income growth, increasing the Hospice profile across local communities, developing partnerships, and leading a strong volunteer network to support sustainable fundraising. Key Responsibilities Developing relationships with individual and community supporters and fundraising volunteers; generation and maximisation of income across community fundraising; contribute to fundraising strategy development. Communication and relationships Build and maintain excellent communication and relationships with key partners and stakeholders. Work in collaboration with the clinical team and volunteer fundraisers Build and maintain excellent communication and relationships with all HospiceCare staff and volunteers. Fundraising Events Day to day management of the events programme Lead on the oversight and development of sponsored led events and contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of Hospice Led events Develop sponsored challenges and campaigns Ensure compliance, risk assessments and event budgets are managed effectively Build on the existing annual programme of fundraising events, ..... full job details .....
