This is a varied and rewarding role where you will play a key part in maintaining the safety, cleanliness and quality of public spaces across the city. Working closely with residents, businesses, partner agencies and council departments, you will investigate complaints, enforce legislation, respond to environmental issues and help ensure public spaces remain welcoming and safe for everyone. Key Responsibilities Investigate and enforce environmental offences including littering, fly-tipping, waste management offences, illegal advertising and graffiti. Deal with abandoned, untaxed and nuisance vehicles. Undertake statutory duties relating to stray dogs, dog control and dog fouling enforcement.
