Scope of the role The CDO holds primary responsibility for monitoring and quarterly reporting of the Linkage Plus, Mayors Fund and other community programmes. The CDO will also hold primary responsibility for leading and chairing quarterly meetings with Linkage hubs and the equivalent in other programmes as well as commissioners/funders.
