Community Connector

Pitsea or Colchester, covering the Essex area Are you someone who loves connecting people to opportunities, helping them overcome barriers, and supporting them to thrive in their community? If so, we ve got a brilliant opportunity for you as we re looking for a Community Connector to join our Essex Outreach Support Service. In this role, you will work closely with Peabody s Community Investment team to deliver our social value offer across Essex. You will help customers access employment, apprenticeships, volunteering opportunities and other local community assets. You ll build strong relationships with local groups, organisations and networks, and engage directly with customers to design and deliver workshops that promote social inclusion, wellbeing, and meaningful occupation.
