Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust .We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our friendly and dynamic Community Nursing team based at Westview in Tenterden.Overview

You will provide advanced clinical nursing support for patients with complex long-term conditions, assessing and implementing treatments of care. Working as an autonomous practitioner, you will support the management of our most complex patients and provide clinical leadership. Preference will be given to candidates with extended learning and experience in long-term conditions, end of life care, or wound care. If you have the Specialist Practitioner District Nurse qualification, this would be preferred but is not essential.Responsibilities

Provide advanced clinical nursing support for patients with complex long-term conditions.Assess and implement treatments of care.Operate as an autonomous practitioner to support the management of complex patients and provide clinical leadership.Requirements

Experience in long-term conditions, end of life care, or wound care preferred.Specialist Practitioner District Nurse qualification preferred but not essential.Working pattern
