Agile Complex Care is seeking a Compassionate, enthusiastic, creative and proactive Carer to Support a Teenager in the Taunton area, after school. 3x Afternoon/Evening shifts per week, set days. This community-based role involves supporting a Teenage boy, who has Cerebral Palsy, is bright, creative and engaging. He requires enabling support to help him carry out day to day activities, including: Collecting him from school Helping him with homework Preparing tea Completing physiotherapy exercises Other hobbies, such as art and drama, swimming, riding, going for a coffee shop treat We''re looking for someone who is: Caring, genuine, reliable and friendly Proactive and able to work independently Passionate about supporting others to acheive their goals A confident communicator with a positive attitude Experience in care is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
