Community Care Worker
Location: Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch
Salary: £12.71 per hour + mileage (review after probation)
Hours: Full-time 

Care First is partnering with a reputable home care provider and is looking to recruit caring and reliable Community Care Workers to support clients across Bournemouth and  Poole area.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by supporting individuals to remain independent in their own homes.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks
• Assist with medication prompts
• Support with meal preparation and light household duties
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain accurate care records
• Travel between clients’ homes within the local area

• Starting rate of £12.21 per hour

• Pay review after successful completion of probation
• Full-time and part-time hours available

Requirements

• Some previous care experience is desirable
• Compassionate, reliable and professional approach
• Good communication skills
• Own transport
• Full UK driving licence
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including some evenings and weekends
