We are currently recruiting for both full-time and part-time Community Home Care Assistants to join our dedicated team.We offer small, manageable care rounds and visits longer than 15 minutes, allowing time to deliver thoughtful, person-centred care.Key responsibilitiesProvide specialist end-of-life and personalised care with dignity, kindness, and respectSupport with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and mobilityOffer emotional support to service users and families where appropriateMonitor health and wellbeing and report any changes promptlyMaintain accurate electronic care records using call monitoring systemsWork closely in line with individual care plans to ensure comfort and quality of lifeWhat we''re looking forPrevious experience ..... full job details .....
