Rates: -16.39 to -19.99 per hour.

Shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 20:30 - 06:30; Thursday: 19:30 - 06:30

Newcross Healthcare is recruiting a Community Care Assistant in Liskeard to support people in their own homes.

Due to the location of our client''s home, you should have a full UK driving licence and have reliable access to a vehicle as public transport is unlikely to be suitable.

• Provide personal care and daily living support.
  
• Support children with their care needs.
  
• Support safe community access and promote independence.
  
• Ensure safety and follow detailed care plans accurately.
  

• At least six months of paid UK care experience.
  
• Previous experience supporting children or young people.
  
• Confidence supporting individuals with limited mobility.
  
• A valid driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  
• The right to work in the UK.
  
• Good spoken and written English.
