We are looking for reliable, compassionate and confident carers who have experience supporting individuals with complex care needs and can deliver safe, person-centred care in their own home. Key Responsibilities Providing person-centred care and support within the service user''s home. Supporting with PEG-related care in line with the individual''s care plan and your assessed competencies. Assisting with moving and handling safely, following the care plan and appropriate procedures. Supporting the individual with their daily care needs while maintaining their dignity, privacy and independence. Working collaboratively with a second care assistant to provide safe, consistent support. Following all relevant care plans, risk assessments, policies and procedures. Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns promptly to the appropriate team.
