What the Role Involves Every visit is different, but the goal is always the same: to help someone live well at home. You ll support with: Personal care and daily routines Medication reminders and mealtime support Mobility and confidence with moving around the home Light household tasks to keep things safe and comfortable Companionship because connection matters You ll visit the same clients regularly so you can build trust and make a real impact. What You ll Receive £13.50 per hour Double pay on peak days Paid travel and waiting time 35p per mile mileage allowance Paid DBS (refunded after probation) Earn while you train fully paid induction and shadowing Guaranteed hours (20 or 30 per week) after probation £400 refer-a-friend reward Opportunities to grow into Senior or Lead roles And most importantly: Minimum 1-hour visits real time to care properly Shifts and Flexibility We provide care between ..... full job details .....
