This role focuses specifically on the delivery of our Family Flourish Service.Family Flourish is delivered as part of Our Minds Matter, a framework funded by Fife Health and Social Care Partnership. It is a Fife-wide service supporting neurodivergent children and young people, and their families, to support and improve mental health and emotional wellbeing. This role is central to the delivery of our Family Flourish Service and comprises of two complementary strands of work; One-to-one support for neurodivergent young people (aged 8-15) and their familiesDrop in advice, support and signposting for parents and carers of neurodivergent children and young people (aged 5-15) You will work flexibly across both strands, delivering tailored support that recognises and affirms neurodivergent experiences whilst ..... full job details .....
