A Local Authority based in Hampshire is seeking an experienced Communities Estates Surveyor to provide professional estates and valuation advice across its community estate. You’ll undertake rental valuations, manage landlord and tenant matters and support the effective use of council-owned property. The portfolio includes: Community centres leased to charities and voluntary organisations. Properties occupied at concessionary or peppercorn rents.
