Communications and Engagement Manager

to join on a 9 -month FTC . This role is at the heart of a major national programme, working with senior stakeholders, sector representatives, and media to deliver clear, timely, and sensitive communications.The role:Lead stakeholder engagement strategy and delivery across multiple channels

Build relationships with diverse stakeholder groups, including internal teams, external partners, and the public

Develop and deliver communications plans, FAQs, awareness campaigns, and media engagement strategies

Act as first point of contact for enquiries, supporting stakeholders through change

Identify risks, challenges, and solutions in partnership with project leads

About you:Strong background in stakeholder engagement and communications

Ideally a

psychology degree

Experience in

social care

or

local authority

environments

Flexible, adaptable, and confident working with sensitive subject matter
