Communications Officer (Media and Digital) Reporting to: Head of Communications and Engagement Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week in London office Contract: Part time (30 hours) permanent Salary: £35,000-£40,000 FTE (£30,000 - £34,285 Pro rata) Closing Date: 31st August 2026 About the Role We''re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Communications Officer to work with our communications team to raise the profile of our work in the media and online. Reporting to the Head of Communications and Engagement, you''ll play a central role in delivering our day-to-day communications activity, with a particular focus on press relations, media opportunities and rapid-response communications. Working across a range of programmes, you''ll help ensure our analysis and commentary reaches key audiences and that our expertise contributes to the wider debate on energy and climate issues. As part of a small communications team in a growing non-profit, this is a hands-on role that combines media relations, editorial support and content creation. You''ll help to secure media coverage, provide quality control and work closely with colleagues to ensure our work has impact. You''ll also support our digital communications activity, helping to maximise the reach and impact of our content across channels.
