Leading CharityFlexible working policyAbout Our ClientThis is a leading charity, with a flexible working policy.Job DescriptionCreate clear and well-designed messages for the private stage of our big fundraising campaign.Work with the teams who handle big donations and business partners to write strong proposals, presentations, and event invites.Help plan marketing and press activities to raise awareness of our work with major donors.Use planning tools (like OASIS plans) to guide big projects and give advice on smaller ones.Make sure all high-value fundraising links smoothly with our wider campaigns and brand messages.Talk confidently with senior staff to shape and agree on key messages.Give clear briefs to designers and writers so they can produce strong, on-brand content.Keep everything running on time by helping plan and organise the work across teams.The Successful ApplicantSolid experience in PR, marketing, or communications - ideally in a charity, but private offices or wealth management also welcome.Confident working with major donor fundraising, corporate partnerships, or philanthropy teams.Can build strong communication plans and create content that appeals to high-value supporters.Comfortable speaking with senior staff and adapting quickly when priorities shift.Enjoys working in a busy environment and can stay calm and focused under pressureWhat''s on OfferHybrid working policy
