Your new role:In this Communications and Engagement job, you will be joining the Oracle team within the People Service division. You will be reporting to the Engagement and Communications Lead, this role focuses on providing advice and information in-year within the Organisation Effectiveness Centre of Excellence team to develop and deliver employee engagement and communication solutions in order to positively contribute to the council''s, directorates and People Service strategic outcomes.You will also be required to support the development and operational delivery of the Engagement and Communications Strategy which sets out a roadmap to obtain higher employee engagement and work satisfaction levels to enable the council to achieve higher performance and productivity as well as increase its employer value proposition (EVP) and become and employer of choice.You will work to deliver high standards with an ethos of continually improving the services to its customers to support the delivery of key performance indicators / targets for the Organisation Effectiveness and Talent department.What you''ll need to succeed:You ..... full job details .....
