Communications and Engagement Coordinator

Communications and Engagement Coordinator Location: London Working hours - Full time (35 hours per week). Standard working hours between 9am - 5pm. Working arrangements - London, hybrid homeworking (minimum 6 days a month in office). We have an exciting opportunity for a talented communications professional to join our team at the Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the UK, based at RCP in London. As the communications and engagement coordinator, you play a key role in the delivery of our communications strategy and support a wide range of projects and initiatives to support our internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with the head of communications, the communications and engagement manager and colleagues across the Federation you will help manage and grow our digital and social media channels, support stakeholder engagement, and deliver effective communications across multiple platforms. You will also contribute to the implementation and evaluation of our internal communications and engagement plan, helping to foster an informed and engaged workforce. Using insights and performance data, you will help assess the effectiveness of our communications and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
