Communications & Marketing Executive

MMP Consultancy are working with a fantastic organisation to recruit a Communications & Marketing Executive to join them on a Fixed Term Basis, based in Kent.

Please note this is a Hybrid Working role.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate the planning, delivery and evaluation of communications campaigns and plans aligned to the communications and marketing strategy and annual plan.
• Writing, editing and distributing creative and engaging content for both internal and external audiences, that supports key campaigns and projects, such as press releases, news stories, social media posts, copy for internal and external publication, customer letters, and campaign messaging.
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships within the business, providing creative communications solutions for departments, supporting the communications and marketing business partners to plan, deliver and adapt campaign plans where applicable.
• Helping to maintain the core communications channels, including social media, website and intranet. Supporting the development and dissemination of dynamic content that aligns to the strategic plan, vision, purpose and culture.
• Assisting in the continued development of the client''s website, updating and reviewing content to ensure it is relevant, accurate and supports key corporate messaging.
• Support the Head of Communications and Communications and Marketing Business Partners to manage relationships and projects with external agencies and freelancers for design, photography and videography.
• Helping manage/co-ordinate internal and external events delivered by the team, including the co-ordination of corporate resources. Including communications and marketing inductions.
