The successful candidate will combine excellent communication skills with strong organisational ability and a proactive, collaborative approach. Key Responsibilities Internal Communications and Employee Engagement Support the development and delivery of internal communications and employee engagement strategies. Create, coordinate and distribute communications across multiple channels to ensure consistent messaging. Produce high-quality presentations, briefing materials, FAQs, guidance documents and other communication content. Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives, including town halls, workshops, roadshows and QandA sessions. Manage and update content across the company intranet and internal communication platforms. Maintain communication resources, including employee guidance materials and frequently asked questions.
