A van and fuel card is provided with this role. Responsibilities Sweeping, vacuuming, and washing floors, walls, ceilings, and other fixtures. Cleaning internal windows (using ladders when necessary). Litter picking, graffiti removal, carpet cleaning, and erecting signs and notice boards. Ensuring areas such as communal entrances, stairwells, corridors, and bin stores are clean and well-maintained. Following cleaning specifications and scope of work to meet health and safety standards. Completing Fire Risk Assessments and checking alarms and emergency lighting.
