Job Title: Communal Heating Engineer/Wet Worker

Location: South East London

Paying: -41,000 minmum w/ Van and Fuel Card + Overtime/Call Out

Job Type: Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Working on district/communal heating systems within the properties
• Radiator and cylinder upgrades and installs
• TRVs/lockshields
• Diagnosing heating and hot water issues
• 2 ports and 3 ports
• Isolating properties to carry out works

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving License
• Level 2 Plumbing Qualification
• Experience in a similar role
• Experience within social housing (desirable)
