About the Role
The Communal Cleaner role in Horndean involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness across residential communal areas. Working 40 hours per week on a permanent contract, you will travel between sites in Horndean, Bordon, Liss, Alton, Crawley and surrounding areas using a provided company van. Your responsibilities include cleaning shared spaces, recording completed tasks with photos and forms via technology, and ensuring environments are safe and presentable for residents. Taking ownership of designated properties, you will deliver a first-class service on a planned rota. The salary is £27,976 per annum at £13.45 per hour, with a full-time permanent basis.
