Job Title – Communal Cleaner
Location – Horndean, Hampshire
Hours – 40 Hours Per Week
Pay – £12.60 per hour PAYE (Weekly Pay)

 

Build Recruitment are representing our client who are searching for a Communal Cleaner to join a housing provider covering Horndean and surrounding areas in Hampshire.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, initially offered on a 3-month contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent following a successful period.

A full UK driving licence is required, as a work vehicle will be provided to travel between sites.

 Key Duties

• Cleaning communal areas within residential buildings and blocks of flats

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and maintaining communal floors and surfaces

• Cleaning walls, ceilings, doors, fixtures and fittings in shared areas

• Litter picking and maintaining the general cleanliness of outdoor and indoor communal spaces

• Removing smaller dumped items and bin bags to designated collection points

• Reporting larger fly-tipped items for specialist removal

• Travelling between properties across Horndean and nearby locations
