Commissioning ManagerWest London 70,000- 90,000 A leading building contractor is appointing an experienced Commissioning Manager to oversee the commissioning of a 40m residential development in West London.The development comprises 345 apartments across two plots, incorporating SandC distribution together with dedicated amenity and office spaces. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for the commissioning process across the MandE package, ensuring that all systems are appropriately tested, witnessed, recorded and brought through to completion and handover.The position requires close coordination with the project management, engineering and subcontractor teams, with responsibility for maintaining commissioning progress, quality and documentation throughout the project.Key responsibilities will include:Managing the overall commissioning process and associated programmeCoordinating testing and witnessing activities with relevant stakeholdersMonitoring quality assurance and commissioning documentationManaging outstanding commissioning issues through to resolutionLiaising with MandE subcontractors and the wider project teamProviding clear progress reporting to senior project managementSupporting final completion, certification and handoverThe ideal candidate will have a strong track record in MandE commissioning, preferably within a main contractor or building services environment.
