This is a crucial role focused on ensuring our new care homes open successfully, achieve strong occupancy levels quickly, and deliver an exceptional first impression to residents, families, and stakeholders. You will oversee the full operational setup, ensuring the homes meet all regulatory requirements, are fully staffed, and deliver exceptional care from the outset.
