We are looking for an inspirational Commissioning Home Manager to join our team and lead the successful opening and development of a 60-bedded nursing home in Middlesbrough. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated care professional to play a key role in creating a high-quality home where residents feel valued, respected and truly at home. About the Role As Commissioning Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful mobilisation and opening of the home, ensuring it is fully prepared to deliver exceptional standards of care from day one. You will lead the recruitment, induction and development of your team, establish strong relationships with residents and their families, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the home is fully compliant and ready for a successful launch. Once operational, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring outstanding care, strong occupancy, effective leadership and a positive experience for residents, relatives and staff. Key Responsibilities Lead the commissioning and mobilisation of the 50-bed nursing home. Prepare the home for opening and ensure all relevant regulatory and operational requirements are met.
