As the Commissioning Manager for Housing and Supported Accommodation, you will drive strategic commissioning and creative development of a strong pipeline of supported accommodation that meets the needs of people now and in the future. This will include working in partnership with people who draw on care and support, external developers, care providers, strategic partners and cross-council teams. Enabling homes that can be adapted to people''s needs, establishing communities through housing and supporting access to general needs housing are all key elements in ensuring that everybody has a home in a place they love and is able to do the things they want with people that matter to them. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact! In this pivotal role, you will: Lead the strategic commissioning of supported accommodation for adults who require care and support. Develop the relationships and commissioning strategies to strengthen our pipeline. Manage staff, contracts, and partnerships to uphold strong standards.
