Commissioning Manager Knightsbridge, London £90,000 Immediate Start 12 Recruitment are working with a leading Main Contractor seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager for an ultra-luxury residential development in Knightsbridge. The project is approaching its final stages, with the successful candidate taking responsibility for driving commissioning through to completion and handover. Following this project, there is an opportunity to move onto a further ultra-luxury residential development in Belgravia. The role also provides an excellent opportunity to lead, mentor and train a commissioning team, helping develop less experienced members of the team and establish best practice. The Role Manage the commissioning process from installation through to final handover. Coordinate mechanical, electrical and associated building services commissioning. Manage commissioning specialists, subcontractors and specialist suppliers. Develop and monitor commissioning programmes and trackers. Ensure systems are tested and commissioned to project requirements. Coordinate testing, balancing and integrated systems testing. Identify commissioning issues and drive them through to resolution. Work closely with construction and technical services teams. Coordinate with consultants, client representatives and specialist contractors.
