Commissioning Engineer

Commissioning Engineer UK Field based Up to 60k + carKey AccountabilitiesMentor up and coming Test and Commissioning technicians.Carry out and document all tasks associated with the pre-commissioning / commissioning of theequipment.Be responsible in handing over a fully operational system for acceptance by the customer.Ensure health and safety procedures and standards are followed on site. Ensure all Health and safetydocumentation is filed, maintained and updated on site.Ensure commissioning schedules, handover and witnessing documents are updated, maintained,completed and filed / issued to project manager prior to project completion.Carry out factory acceptance testing when required, Site acceptance testing and customer witnessing.Ensure sites are cleared of equipment and materials / products prior to handover / completion.To undertake any other duties as requested by senior staff within the company Job Skills, Experience and QualificationsHNC or equivalent in Engineering.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal and ability to communicate effectively.Computer literate with experience of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook.Full UK Driving license.Has good working knowledge of basic protection relays and functions.Can perform tests such as Contact resistance (Ductor), Insulation resistance, AC dielectric with-stand tests, CT/VT primary and polarity checks, relay secondary injection, scheme checks and CT analysis.Capable of working with ..... full job details .....
