Commissioning Engineer Smoke Control Location: London and Greater London travel requiredSalary: £40k - £50kHours: Monday FridayMUST HAVE SMOKE CONTROL / SMOKE VENTILATION EXPERIENCEWe are looking for an experienced Commissioning Engineer with a strong background in smoke control and smoke ventilation systems.This is a hands-on role covering installation, testing and commissioning of smoke control systems across a variety of building projects throughout London and Greater London.The RoleAs a Commissioning Engineer, you will:Install and commission smoke control systemsCommission AOVs, smoke dampers and ventilation systemsTest, balance and troubleshoot systemsComplete electrical wiring and power distributionIntegrate systems with BMS and fire alarm systemsRead and interpret electrical drawings and schematicsIdentify and resolve technical faultsEnsure systems meet design and regulatory requirementsComplete commissioning, service and progress reportsRecord airflow and system test resultsWork alongside Project Managers, Engineers, contractors and consultantsPlan and prioritise work to meet project deadlinesSupervise and support an Engineer or Apprentice when requiredAbout YouThe successful Commissioning Engineer will have:Essential: Smoke control / smoke ventilation experienceExperience commissioning AOVs, smoke dampers and ventilation systemsStrong electrical installation and commissioning experienceAbility to read electrical drawings and schematicsExcellent fault-finding and ..... full job details .....
