Commissioning Engineer

We''re looking for a Process Commissioning Engineer to join a specialist team delivering wastewater infrastructure projects.

You''ll be involved from design through to commissioning and handover, ensuring new treatment assets are tested, validated and successfully brought into operation. This is a hands-on, site-based role working closely with operations, construction and automation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver commissioning plans for new wastewater assets
• Support FAT and SAT testing with automation engineers
• Test and validate new process equipment
• Analyse process and wastewater data to confirm performance
• Work with operations teams to safely integrate new assets into live sites
• Provide training and handover documentation

Requirements:

• 5+ years'' experience in wastewater operations, process or commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of UK wastewater processes and environmental regulations
• Experience commissioning wastewater infrastructure or treatment assets
• Familiarity with URS/FDS documentation and commissioning procedures
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills

Desirables:

• CSCS card holder
• Experience working on multi-million pound projects

• Contract - 12 months - rolling (3/4 years worth of work)
• Rate - -55 per hour (Inside IR35)
• Location - Base location Bath
• Working arrangement - Hybrid (after first month)
