The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is seeking an experienced Commis Chef who will be required To prepare food in any areas of the kitchen assigned by a superior and to carry out cleaning and any reasonable duties requested.As Commis Chef your key responsibilities include:To report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and protective clothing and adhering to specified grooming standards.To carry out food preparation as specified by the senior chef on duty.To ensure that all food is stored and kept at the correct temperature at all times.To ensure that operating equipment is kept clean and is looked after to avoid any breakages.To inform the senior chef on duty of any dangerous/ hazardous equipment or areas.To ensure that recipes and standards are adhered to at all times.To carry out cleaning of all areas in the kitchen.About the HotelThe Chelsea Harbour Hotel is a luxury 5-star all suite hotel set in the exclusive Chelsea Harbour Marina and within walking distance from the legendary Kings Road.
