and breakfast is where it all begins.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook breakfast items to a high standard, ensuring consistency and presentation.Assist in lunch preparation and service, supporting the kitchen brigade as needed.Follow kitchen procedures and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organised workstation.Support senior chefs with food prep, stock rotation, and mise en place.Ensure all food is prepared and served in line with food safety and allergen policies.Respond positively to guest requests or feedback, helping to deliver a memorable dining experience.Participate in kitchen briefings and contribute ideas for improvement or menu development.Maintain excellent communication with the wider team to ensure smooth service.Show willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen team.What were looking forA hunger for hospitality and going the extra mile.Someone that is willing to bring their best, authentic self to work.
