About the Role

Manpower UK seeks a permanent Commis Chef for an established restaurant in Thame, paying up to £26,000 annually plus service charge (up to £3,000). This full-time position involves working five days across seven, with weekend, evening, and morning shifts. Mondays are off, as the restaurant closes then, and Sunday lunchtime service only. Split shifts or straight-through working apply, with one additional evening free weekly. Duties include assisting the Chef de Partie, preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to the Head Chef’s standards, and maintaining cleanliness. On-site parking and live-in options are available for a small fee. Applicants should possess basic culinary skills and adaptability.

This is a Full-Time role, working 5/7 days and would need flexibility to work Weekends, Evenings and Mornings
The role is paying £26000pa + Service Charge (up to £3000 per year)

No Monday working as restaurant is closed
Sunday lunchtime working only
Allocated one extra evening off per week.
