Commis Chef - Fresh Food Kitchen, Live in Available, 4 days on, 3 days off, 48 hour week. £31k plus tron. Climping, Littlehampton West Sussex, Own transport ideally.We are looking for a passionate Commis Chef to join our professional brigade in a busy fresh food kitchen producing high quality dishes made entirely from scratch.You will be working in a well organised kitchen, (brigade of 6 to 8) led by an experienced Head Chef within a stable independent hospitality group known for maintaining high standards and a supportive working environment.This is an excellent opportunity for a Commis Chef who wants to develop their skills in a proper fresh food kitchen while working alongside a strong and experienced team.The RoleAs a Commis Chef you will assist across sections in a busy kitchen that produces high quality fresh food using seasonal ingredients, with all preparation done in-house by the team.
