Our dishes are rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience.The role:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Commis Chef to join our talented team at the bar. As a Commis Chef, you will support the Chef de Partie in ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, contributing to the seamless operation of the kitchen.What you will do:Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in your designated section.
Ensure all food is consistently prepared to the standards expected at Pavyllon.
Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
Work collaboratively with other kitchen team members, fostering a positive and professional environment.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering as required.
Adapt to changing menus and seasonal ingredients with enthusiasm.
What you bring:A passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences with a keen eye for detail.
Either experience in a kitchen or a culinary school diploma.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A positive and collaborative attitude, with a desire to grow and develop within the team.
A solid understanding of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
