high-end gastro pub in Kent . This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a talented kitchen brigade, working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and contributing to an exciting new food offering.What we offer:

The Roles:

Commis ChefAssist senior chefs with preparation and service

Learn new cooking techniques and recipes

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation

Support with stock rotation and food safety standards

Chef de PartieRun your own section to a high standard

Prepare, cook, and present dishes consistently during service

Train and support junior members of the team

Take responsibility for food hygiene and organisation in your section

About You:

Previous kitchen experience (Commis or CDP level) preferred

A real passion for food and hospitality

Positive, hardworking, and a strong team player

Flexible and able to work evenings and weekends
