Commis Chef– Cotswolds – Day Shifts

We are currently looking for an experienced Commis Chef located in the Cotswolds. Our client is a sustainable and organic farm shop with a real family feel. The successful Commis Chef will assist both Head, Sous and Chef de parties in the overall responsibility and daily operations of all sections across the sites kitchen ensuring the highest standards at all times.

The Person

The Commis chef will have:Have experience at a similar level in a similar environmentHigh standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.Have a thorough understanding of health and safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including COSHH and HACCPIdeally be able to drive or live locallyHave a passion for fresh food and good attention to detailHave the confidence to create and be innovative
