Commercial Premises Team Leader Location: Plymouth Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Contract: 12- 18 month FTC Reporting to: Commercial Asset Lead We re working with an established housing organisation to appoint a Commercial Premises Team Leader to lead the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional who enjoys combining hands-on asset management with team leadership. You ll take responsibility for a portfolio of commercial premises, providing advice on valuation, leasing and property management while ensuring customers receive a high-quality service. The Role You ll be responsible for the effective management of commercial property assets, covering the full property lifecycle from marketing and letting through to lease renewals, rent reviews, assignments and ongoing property management. Key responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of commercial properties and overseeing day-to-day asset management activities. Undertaking rental valuations and keeping up to date with local market conditions and property values. Negotiating new commercial leases, lease renewals and rent reviews. Marketing available properties and conducting viewings with prospective tenants. Managing lease assignments and working with prospective purchasers and professional advisers.
