This well-established, growing manufacturing organisation based in Weybridge are seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join their team. You will be joining a dynamic business where you will take full ownership of the finance function and support with the company’s growth ambitions. Furthermore, this role will be fully office based and will suit a driven, hands-on individual that is seeking a new challenge.

Commercial Finance Manager – About The Role

In this role you will be reporting into the Managing Director and will be managing a small finance team.  This is a full hands-on finance position that requires a diverse finance skillset and someone who is capable of leading a finance function. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Full preparation and production of the monthly managements as well as year-end figures
• Overseeing financial projects, ensuring alignment with board’s objectives
• Generate financial data, analyse and asses the financial health of the company
• Control and oversight on finance policies and procedures
• Full ownership of the annual budget, forecasting and financial modelling activity
• Review monthly depreciation journal and fixed asset register reconciles to the nominal
• Overseeing the transactional accounting function and ensure it is running at full efficiency
• Preparation of monthly sales reports
• Overseeing multiple financial entities and raising any queries to managemen

The successful Commercial Finance Manager will have:

• Previous experience in a similar position
• Experience within a manufacturing organisation is essential
• QBE or part/fully qualified candidates will be considered
• Multi company/entity experience
• Sage experience would be beneficial
• Ability to communicate at all levels
