FPandA / Commercial Finance Manager Chester and Hybrid c.£60k-£65k Immediate starters / short notice preferred Axon Moore is partnering with a high-growth, privately owned business on an exciting growth journey. You will play a pivotal role within the Finance team, partnering with the Senior Leadership Team to shape decisions and drive growth across the business. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong commercial acumen, excellent analytical capability, and the ability to interpret and present complex financial data with clear commercial insight. The role combines planning and forecasting with in-depth analysis and is ideal for someone who wants to add immediate value and have a real impact on commercial decision-making. Key responsibilities:Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting processesDesign and maintain robust financial modelsProvide clear commercial insight and reporting to the Senior Leadership TeamOwn pricing strategy and margin management, working alongside the CFOEnsure alignment between commercial commitments and operational capabilityProduce weekly revenue and EBITDA forecastsDevelop and maintain Power BI reports to support commercial decision-makingKey requirements:Strong experience in FPandA / commercial finance rolesUnderstanding of pricing, margin management, and commercial performanceStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAdvanced Excel skills and confident with financial systemsExposure to Microsoft ..... full job details .....
