Our client, a reputable operator within the commercial vehicle service sector, is seeking an experienced Commercial Workshop Manager to lead their busy workshop facility.

This Commercial Workshop Manager role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled professional to oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure repair quality standards are met consistently.

Duties of this Commercial Workshop Manager role:

• Oversee workshop workflow to ensure efficient operations and timely repairs
• Monitor and maintain high standards of repair quality and safety compliance
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of skilled Technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Manage health and safety protocols, ensuring full compliance with current regulations and company policies
• Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, training, and performance metrics

Requirements of this Commercial Workshop Manager role:

• Extensive experience in commercial vehicle repair and maintenance management
• Knowledge of workshop processes is highly desirable
• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds qualification, ATA accreditation, or IRTEC license preferred
• Proven leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and lead a team to achieve objectives
• A proactive approach to health, safety, and process compliance
