Commercial Vehicle Technician

We are currently seeking a Commercial Vehicle Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive Fleet Maintenance Business based in the Exeter area.
 
You’ll be working on a rotating shift pattern, switching between working on the Roadside doing call outs and in the workshop.
 
You can expect a salary of up to £59,000 DOE.

Duties:

- Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs or LCVs
- Respond to breakdown callouts and carry out roadside repairs
- Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
- Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
- Completion of MOT preparation
- Vehicle Inspection

Requirements:

- Previous working experience within a HGV Technician / LCV Fitter role
- Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Excellent mechanical knowledge
- A Class 1 Licence

Hours of work for this Commercial Vehicle Technician job are on a Weekley shift pattern alternating between workshop and on call.
