Commercial Vehicle Technician

• Competitive salary up to -43,978, dependent on experience
• Potential OTE of over -48,000, including overtime and performance bonuses
• 42.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with a Saturday rota (flexible shift patterns available)

Key duties associated with the Commercial Vehicle Technician position include:

• Servicing, diagnosing, and repairing commercial vehicles, including vans and light commercials
• Utilising diagnostic tools and live data to identify faults across various vehicle models
• Completing accurate job cards, technical documentation, and reports
• Adhering strictly to manufacturer warranty and service procedures
• Supporting electric vehicle diagnostics and repairs (desirable but not essential)
• Maintaining tools and workshop standards in accordance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Fully qualified Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or an equivalent qualification
• Proven experience working on light commercial vehicles or multi-vehicle fleets
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills across different vehicle types
• Enthusiasm for upskilling and expanding technical expertise
• Own tools and a valid UK driving licence
• Professionalism, reliability, and a keen eye for detail
• An interest in electric vehicle technology is advantageous
